Project Overview

This upcoming development, known as MILA, features a series of low-rise residential units including townhomes, semi-detached, and detached homes. Developed by Madison Group, this project is located at 1555 Midland Ave and 2740 Lawrence Ave in Scarborough and will be executed in two phases.

MILA, an abbreviation for Midland and Lawrence, will house a total of 210 units, designed specifically with modern architecture and spacious floor plans to accommodate the needs of growing families.

Set in a neighborhood predominantly comprised of low-rise buildings, MILA aims to offer detached homes to provide ample living space. Design Details

The interior designs are inspired by various gemstones, offering distinct color palette options:

Emerald: A sophisticated blend of dark and warm tones, featuring Wintergreen and Kensington grey cabinetry, Centura Benzene metallic and black backsplashes, Caesarstone black countertops, and Lauzon Harbour Grey Hardwood floors.
Opal: A palette invoking natural calmness through Dekton Bergen countertops, light grey and classic white cabinetry, along with a blend of Hickory desert rose hardwood and Ceratic Paros white tile flooring.
Sapphire: A contemporary mix with a geometric twist, highlighted by light blue and midnight blue cabinetry, electric blue and Centura Stumature Grigio white polished backsplashes, and Caesarstone quartz countertops.
The exterior design will showcase a combination of grey brick and stone, enhanced by modern architectural elements like large windows and stylish doors.
